When ever I need motivation or am a bit bummed out, I put this stage on and watch him just turn himself inside out.
Another lovely bike hit and run in Columbus Saturday night.
Drunk old man (they got him a few hours later) plows into a group of kids on bikes. Luckily only a few minor injuries (one broken collarbone being the worst of it).
At the end of the day you can only do so much.

The first couple hours on the rollers every winter are always the hardest. Then monotony gives way to a flow, a sense of fluidity that comes with every pedal stroke. That’s when you know it’s time to build the foundation for next year’s victories.
