Dear Mayor Coleman,
While on some long-shot chance I admire you efforts to get the Casino moved from bougie Arena District to the shitty Westside factory, you have been played a fool. You have 11 days to get it on the May ballot. The people who own the Delphi plant are abroad, contacts won’t be forged in that time. And if you think Penn National is burning the midnight oil to give up their current site (which they now own) you’re even more dilution than those who don’t take odds on dice. So as they say, the house always wins.
