I don’t understand why people at work delete ANYTHING EVER. Why do it? I guess coming from the government culture in DC where you aren’t suppose to delete any emails got me into the habit of not deleting files too. I just file them in a folder with good file names. Don’t have enough space on your HD? Your share? Ask IT for more room.  You know what happens when you delete something? Never fail.. you will need it six months later.
