Sorry, I wish this was a happier message, but I guess I’ll just be honest with you. If you weren’t riding your bike when it was 20, 30 degrees in December, January, February, I need you to cease riding it immediately and put it back in the garage. Don’t worry you’ll get your bike privileges on May 1st. Until then I’ll let you ride on the bike trails and around the parks, but stay off the streets. Thank you, all the best.
