Today...
was one of those training days that I dread the moment I put my bike on the trainer. After a warm up…75 minutes of nothing but 53x12 with a cadence around 70-80. Climbing for that long just makes you so woozy. My cheeks were so flush the last 15 minutes, but I just kept counting strokes and keeping my head up to breathe deep. It’s almost more mental than physical.
